Conundrum II is a fabric and paint collage inspired by quilting. The gold and azure colored woman’s face is created with alternating triangles of fabric and acrylic paint. Thus changing between light and dark. Saffron yellow and royal blue paint her face.  The fabric and paint create a seamless and separate face. Then green, blue and amber paint her face. The woman’s face is actually a double face – the right side is stretched into a second face. Then the bottom and top parts of this creation consist of triangles of alternating fabric and paint. Then also alternating sunglow yellow and ultramarine blue.

Conundrum II is part of my Goddess series. Lovely unusual creation!
